Executive – Purchase & Logistics (Cold Chain) - Mumbai

Location: Chembur, MumbaiWorking Days: 6 days a weekCompany: Frozen FunFrozen Fun (Premium Gelato Brand) is looking for an Executive – Purchase & Logistics to manage and coordinate our Purchase & Logistics operations across West & South India.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day procurement and purchase activities for the region.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement, pricing, orders, and deliveries.Manage cold-chain logistics and ensure timely movement of ice cream products while maintaining temperature and product quality.Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, distributors and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.Plan and track inter-city and intra-city dispatches across West & South India.Monitor inventory movement, delivery schedules, shortages, damages, and logistics costs.Maintain purchase orders, invoices, dispatch records and other operational documentation.Identify opportunities to optimize procurement and logistics costs without compromising service levels.Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational timelinesMake sure inventory is in order and updated in the systemsCandidate Profile1–4 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management or Supply Chain.Experience in cold logistics / temperature-controlled supply chain will be strongly preferred.Prior experience in the ice cream, frozen food, dairy or F&B industry will be an advantage.Good vendor management and negotiation skills.Strong coordination and follow-up skills.Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reports.Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Based in Mumbai or willing to work from our Chembur office.What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is hands-on, detail-oriented and highly proactive, with the ability to manage multiple vendors, logistics partners and internal stakeholders efficiently.
