About IJN University College IJN University College is a private healthcare-focused university college in Malaysia. We are seeking an Executive, Quality Systems & Academic Governance to join our Academic Quality Department (AQD), under the Registrar's Office.About the Role The post-holder will administer the operational cycles of the University College's Educational Organisation Management System (EOMS) — including internal audit, management review, complaints and appeals, and risk and continual improvement — in coordination with the Document Controller and EOMS Coordinator. The role also holds responsibility for the integrity of the academic session framework and for governance and escalation on postgraduate studies administration, on behalf of the Centre for Postgraduate Studies.Reporting to: Head, Academic Quality DepartmentKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister an integrated internal audit programme covering MQA/COPPA compliance and the ISO 21001:2025 EOMS; maintain audit schedules, plans, checklists, and reports; track nonconformities to verified closureAct as secretariat for the Management Review Committee — compile inputs, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actionsAdminister complaints and appeals casework with due regard to confidentialityMaintain the risk register and continual improvement registerSet up and control the academic session in the Campus Management System; manage registration policy exceptions and appeals; verify external academic claimsServe as AQD's point of accountability for postgraduate candidate progression, including Research Progress Evaluation eligibility, panel confirmations, and secretariat lead to the University Postgraduate CommitteeRequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institutionMinimum 3 years' experience in higher education administration, quality assurance, or a regulated compliance environmentWorking knowledge of the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF), COPPA and the accreditation cycleStrong document control discipline; competence in spreadsheet-based tracking; familiarity with SharePoint or equivalentHigh documentary accuracy and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlinesFormal written proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and EnglishDiscretion in handling sensitive caseworkPreferredDegree in education, quality management, or a health-related disciplineExperience with ISO management systems or MQA accreditation submissions (MQA-01/MQA-02)ISO 21001 or ISO 9001 internal auditor certification
