قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجExecutive Reporting & Automation Lead - DubaiA leading real estate development organisation in Dubai is seeking an Executive Reporting & Automation Lead to work directly with the CEO and improve how business information is gathered, consolidated and presented.You will be working in a complex reporting environment involving multiple departments, systems and sources of information. The successful candidate will understand what the CEO needs to see, identify where the required information sits and define how it can be brought together more efficiently. The role will also identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, reduce manual intervention and provide leadership with a clearer and more reliable view of business performance.This is not a traditional Data Analyst position, nor is it a systems-development role. The Executive Reporting & Automation Lead will define the business requirements, reporting logic and expected outputs, then work with the relevant BI, IT, systems and operational teams to deliver the solution.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the CEO to understand executive reporting priorities and information requirements.Translate broad business questions into clearly defined reports, dashboards, KPIs and management information.Determine the purpose of each report, the decisions it should support and the information required to produce it.Identify where relevant information is held across different business functions and systems.Review existing reporting processes and identify duplication, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.Map how information currently moves from its original source through to executive reporting.Define the business requirements for automated reports, dashboards and consolidated reporting solutions.Establish clear definitions, calculations, ownership and source systems for key reporting measures.Prepare structured requirements for BI, IT, ERP and systems specialists to develop.Coordinate with teams responsible for SAP, Power BI, Salesforce, Excel-based reporting and project-management platforms.Bring together operational, project, commercial, financial and sales information to provide a consolidated business view.Challenge inconsistent definitions, incomplete information and unreliable source data.Coordinate stakeholder reviews, user acceptance testing and implementation of new reporting solutions.Introduce appropriate reporting controls, validation processes and submission timelines.Monitor whether implemented solutions meet the CEO’s requirements and recommend further improvements.What We Are Looking ForExperience in executive reporting, management information, reporting transformation, business analysis, PMO reporting or a closely related area.Previous exposure to working with CEOs, executive committees or senior leadership teams.The ability to take an initially broad request and turn it into a structured and practical reporting requirement.Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for reporting, automation or systems-improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of reporting processes, KPI definitions, information flows, data ownership and governance.Experience working with information drawn from multiple business functions and technology platforms.Practical familiarity with SAP, Power BI, advanced Excel, Salesforce and project-management systems.Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with BI, IT and systems specialists without needing to personally build the solution.Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence departments without direct managerial authority.Confidence to question unclear requirements, inconsistent reporting and unreliable information.Experience within real estate development, construction, engineering, infrastructure or another complex project-led environment is strongly preferred.An understanding of design, procurement, commercial management, construction, project delivery and sales would be highly advantageous.The PersonYou will be naturally curious, highly organised and comfortable working through complex and sometimes fragmented information. You will not simply pass reporting requests to a technical team. You will seek to understand why the information is needed, what decision it will support, whether the underlying data is reliable and how the requirement can be addressed in a repeatable and scalable way.You must be comfortable moving between high-level discussions with the CEO and detailed conversations with the people who own the relevant processes, systems and information.This is an individual contributor role with significant organisation-wide exposure.
