Executive - Sales & Marketing (Denim Fabric)

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Executive – Sales & Marketing (Denim Fabric) to develop and expand our denim fabric business in local and international markets. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, promoting denim fabric products, generating sales leads, and building long-term business relationships with garment manufacturers, buying houses, and international buyers.The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the textile and apparel industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. This role will contribute to the company's sales growth, customer acquisition, and overall business expansion.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential buyers in local and international markets, including garment manufacturers, buying houses, and fabric importers.Promote and sell denim fabrics to prospective and existing customers.Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, client visits, and industry contacts.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers to ensure long-term business opportunities.Understand customer requirements and provide suitable denim fabric options based on specifications, quality, and pricing.Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on inquiries to convert potential leads into confirmed orders.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding fabric availability, sampling, pricing, and order execution.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates on quotations, samples, and orders.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, inquiries, and order progress.Work toward achieving sales targets and expanding the company's customer base in local and international markets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related fields.2–3 years’ experience in marketing of denim and/or woven fabrics (mandatory).Good understanding of fabric composition, GSM, construction, dyeing, and finishing processes.Strong network with garment manufacturers, buying houses, or apparel brands is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office & email communication.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsTarget-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitudeWillingness to travel locally
