This role provides high-level administrative support to school leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel and appointments. Daily responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining records and files, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The Executive Secretary also assists with company secretarial tasks, supports the smooth operation of the school office, and responds to inquiries from staff, and external partners in a professional and timely manner. The role requires strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced educational environment.QualificationsStrong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and office organization.Excellent communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills in a professional setting.Experience in company secretarial work, such as preparing official documents and maintaining accurate records.Proven executive administrative assistance experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.Customer service skills for interacting effectively with parents, students, staff, and external visitors.Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar suites) and comfort with technology-enabled workflows.Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, and adapt to school-specific processes.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, business, or a related field; experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
