The firm’s attorneys bring expertise in Civil and Common law as well as Sharia’a, enabling tailored solutions for domestic and multinational organizations across the MENA and GCC regions.Role Description The Executive Secretary is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, supporting senior leadership with high-level administrative and secretarial functions. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, preparing correspondence and legal documents, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems. The role involves handling incoming calls and emails, greeting visitors, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations. The Executive Secretary will draft and format reports and presentations, support company secretarial tasks such as meeting agendas and minutes, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. The position requires proactive follow-up on action items, prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced legal environment, and consistent, professional communication on behalf of the executive team.QualificationsStrong clerical and organizational skills, including document management, filing, data entry, and office administration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members.Experience in executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of correspondence.Customer service skills to handle inquiries, support visitors, and maintain a professional and client-focused office environment.Exposure to or experience with company secretarial work, such as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining corporate records, is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with digital document and scheduling tools.High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information.Previous experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment is preferred.Post-secondary education in business administration, office management, or a related field is an asset.Interested applicants may apply directly to the company email address: hr@alharbilaw.com.
