Apply & track with Apply EdgeA leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly professional, proactive, and well-organized Executive Secretary to the CEO. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the efficient management of daily operations, communications, scheduling, and strategic priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and other executive documents.Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and requests.Organize board meetings, executive committee meetings, and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.Maintain confidential records, documents, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.Track and follow up on key action items, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO.Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and smooth business operations.Prepare briefing materials and background information for meetings and presentations.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role supporting C-level executives.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Experience working in the healthcare sector is preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting CEOs, Board Members, or Senior Executives.Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Excellent meeting coordination and minute-taking abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and governance structures is an added advantage.
