Executive Simultaneous Interpreter

About the RoleVingroup is seeking an exceptional Executive Simultaneous Interpreter to provide high-level interpretation support for the Group's senior leadership team in strategic business meetings, investment discussions, international negotiations, and engagements with global partners.This role will work closely with top executives and serve as a trusted communication bridge between Vingroup and international stakeholders, ensuring accurate, effective, and culturally nuanced communication in high-stakes business environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Vietnamese and English during executive meetings, conferences, board discussions, business negotiations, and international events.Interpret directly for senior executives, leadership teams, and international partners across a broad range of strategic and operational topics.Prepare thoroughly for meetings by researching industry terminology, business context, and relevant materials.Translate and review business documents, presentations, reports, correspondence, contracts, and other executive materials.Support international delegations, overseas business trips, and executive engagements as required.Ensure precise communication of ideas, intentions, and business objectives while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and facilitate effective communication with global partners.Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Interpretation & Translation, English Language, International Relations, Business, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years of professional simultaneous interpretation experience in multinational corporations, international organizations, government agencies, consulting firms, or large enterprises.Proven experience supporting senior executives, board members, investors, government officials, or international conferences.Native Vietnamese with near-native English proficiency.Excellent listening, communication, analytical, and information synthesis skills.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced executive environments.Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex discussions involving investment, finance, corporate strategy, technology, manufacturing, energy, mobility, healthcare, and real estate.High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Preferred QualificationsOverseas education and/or internationally recognized interpretation certifications.Previous experience supporting C-suite executives, chairpersons, board members, investment funds, multinational corporations, or international financial institutions.Familiarity with corporate finance, investment, M&A, capital markets, technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, mobility, or real estate sectors.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and leading international partners.Exposure to large-scale strategic initiatives, investment projects, and global business engagements.Dynamic, high-performance, and internationally oriented working environment.Significant opportunities for professional growth within one of Asia's leading private conglomerates.
