Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Executive, Social Media, supports the planning and execution of Mount Faber Leisure Group’s social media strategy across its portfolio of attractions and brands. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social media operations, growing online communities, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns.Working closely with the Marketing Manager, internal stakeholders, creative teams and external partners, the Executive, Social Media will execute social-first campaigns, monitor performance across both organic and paid content, and recommend content improvements using data and audience insights.Job ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Planning & Content Execution:Support the development and execution of content plans aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and business objectives.Develop and maintain content calendars across social channels, not limited to, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, ensuring timely publishing and consistent brand messaging.Create compelling, engaging platform-appropriate captions and copy tailored to different audience segments.Coordinate with designers, content creators, and photographers to produce high-quality assets.Publish and schedule content using approved social media management platforms.Ensure all published content complies with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and Singapore’s advertising standards.Social Media Campaign Execution:Execute social-first campaigns across owned social media platforms.Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure campaign assets are delivered and published according to schedule.Support paid social campaigns by preparing creative assets, copy variations, UTM tracking and campaign requirements.Monitor campaign performance and recommend content or creative optimisations based on performance insights.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign messaging is accurate and delivered on time.Influencer and Partnership Support:Support the coordination of influencer, KOL and media collaborations.Assist with KOL communications, content approvals, and campaign deliverables.Collect, organise and manage creative assets received from influencers and partners.Curate and manage user-generated content (UGC) for use across MFLG’s social media channels.Support reposting and amplification of partner and influencer content where appropriate.Community Management:Manage day-to-day engagement across MFLG’s social media channels by responding to comments, direct messages, mentioned and tagged content (where appropriate) in a timely and professional manner.Build positive relationships with followers to strengthen online communities and build brand loyalty.Escalate customer feedback, service issues, and reputational concerns according to established customer service and crisis communications guidelines.Monitor conversations, and emerging trends relevant to the tourism and attractions industry.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor performance of both organic and paid social media content across all key platforms.Prepare regular reports on channel and campaign performance using relevant metrics and insights.Identify content trends, audience behaviours, and optimisation opportunities using performance data.Conduct competitor benchmarking and research on industry trends to support content planning.Share recommendations that improve future content performance and campaign effectiveness.Crisis Management:Support crisis management by monitoring social media channels, responding appropriately, and activating crisis SOPs during emergencies.Update announcements on the MFLG website during crises.Cross-functional Collaboration:Support quality assurance for website content, including updating the MFLG website to ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with current campaigns.Work closely with the Marketing, Public Relations, and Sales teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.Coordinate content approvals and manage publishing schedules to ensure deadlines are met.Supports photography, video shoots where required, including being selected as talent on selected social media content.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.2 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or a related field.Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a consumer-facing brand is preferred.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Xiaohongshu platforms), its algorithm, and best-practices.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar creative tools.Comfortable filming mobile content and appearing as talent where required.Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, TikTok Studio, Google Analytics, or similar reporting platforms.Organised with strong attention to
