We're crafting thoughtful food and beverage experiences - and we're looking for a passionate, hands-on Sous Chef Intern to join our kitchen team.Role Overview We're looking for a motivated culinary intern to support kitchen operations, assist in recipe and beverage development, and learn the ropes of running a quality-focused F&B kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their culinary journey to gain real-world experience - with room to grow into a full-time role.Key Responsibilities 🔸 Assist in day-to-day kitchen prep, cooking, and plating 🔸 Support recipe and beverage development and menu experimentation 🔸 Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards in the kitchen 🔸 Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ingredient sourcing support 🔸 Collaborate with the core team on new product and beverage development 🔸 Ensure consistency and quality across all food and beverages prepared 🔸 Support kitchen operations during events and service hoursRequirements ✅ Pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field (current students welcome) ✅ Basic kitchen skills — knife handling, prep work, cooking fundamentals, hygiene practices ✅ Genuine passion for food, ingredients, and flavor ✅ Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced kitchen ✅ Team player with strong communication skills ✅ Flexible with working hours, including weekends/events as neededGood to Have ⭐ Basic beverage-making skills (mixology, brewing, or crafting beverages) ⭐ Prior kitchen/internship experience (not mandatory)What We Offer 🌱 Paid internship with hands-on kitchen experience 🌱 Direct mentorship from the founding team 🌱 Exposure to product development, F&B operations, and event hospitality 🌱 Opportunity to convert into a full-time Chef and Manager role based on performance 🌱 A collaborative, growth-focused work culture📩 Interested?
