A Reputed Accessories Company is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive (Sewing thread / accessories production follow-up)Job Description / ResponsibilityKey ResponsibilitiesFollow up daily on production planning, production status, and order completion.Coordinate with the production, dyeing, winding, packing, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order execution.Monitor production progress against booking & delivery schedules.Communicate regularly with merchandisers regarding order status & receive production-related instructions from merchandisers and communicate them clearly for order status, production progress, delivery dates, and urgent requirements.Follow up on sample, shade, color, quantity, packing, and other customer-specific requirements.Maintain accurate records of production status and pending orders.Prepare daily/weekly production follow-up reports for management and the merchandising team.Handle urgent production requirements and prioritize orders according to delivery commitments.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain ManagementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.Experience Requirements1 to 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments AccessoriesAdditional RequirementsExperience: 1 to 2 years with accessories company / Sewing thread company.Good knowledge of sewing thread dyeing, production & color and garment accessories.Good communication and coordination skills.Strong follow-up and time-management ability.Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, and production reporting.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules.Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
