We provide:Corporate SolutionsBusiness incorporation and regional headquarters relocation to Saudi Arabia.Manage real estate and office space solutions.End-to-end business process outsourcing.Taxation and VAT solutions as well as financial services.HR SolutionsHR assessment and HR consultancy services.The “Training & Learning Academy” and human capital capacity building solutions.Expert and management staffing and contracting as well as end-to-end people solutions.Digital SolutionsSAP implementation, operations, and licensing.Big Data governance, consulting, management, and operations, Industrial IOT (IIOT), Digital Twins, and generative artificial intelligence.Software development, operations, and licensing.Clients include many Saudi government entities, as well as top Saudi and foreign corporations.Currently, we are on the lookout for an Executive Travel Agent as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise C-level executives on travel destinations, considering business objectives, time constraints, and personal preferences.Establish and manage premium travel budgets and curate high-end travel packages aligned with corporate policies and executive expectations.Research and secure the best fares and rates for premium, business, and first-class transportation, fine dining, luxury accommodations, and exclusive activities.Manage hotel reservations, including negotiating corporate rates, securing room upgrades, and arranging preferred amenities such as late check-out, executive lounge access, and specific room requirements.Brief executives on travel-related safety, security, and duty-of-care considerations, including protocols for high-risk destinations.Manage required immunizations, visas, and travel documentation, including expedited processing for last-minute trips.Create precise, day-by-day travel itineraries tailored to executive schedules, business meetings, preferences, and time-zone considerations.Provide curated travel guides, maps, event calendars, and local insights relevant to business and networking requirements.Proactively monitor travel plans and make real-time adjustments to accommodate changing executive schedules.Rapidly resolve unexpected travel disruptions, including canceled flights, hotel booking issues, transportation delays, and other itinerary changes, while minimizing disruption to the executive.Coordinate closely with Executive Assistants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end travel logistics.Maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling executive travel plans and personal information.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of experience as an Executive Travel Agent, Corporate Travel Consultant, Luxury Travel Consultant, or similar role.Strong experience handling travel arrangements for C-level executives, VIPs, or senior management.Excellent knowledge of premium and corporate travel services.Strong experience with international flight, hotel, transportation, and travel documentation arrangements.Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle urgent and last-minute requests.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of discretion and confidentiality.
