Recognized Technical Certificate in repairing PCs, Workstations and peripherals, withMicrosoft Certified Systems Engineering (MCSE) in current Windows.•Well-versed in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office; knowledge of a service-deskapplication such as ServiceNow; resolution of AV issues.•Configure and set up Microsoft HUB on MS Teams and other applications; configureMicrosoft Surface Studio with face recognition; provide first & second line of support.•Experience: 12–15 years in repair and maintenance of PCs, workstations and peripherals;minimum 10 years similar experience in a large organization (more than 5K employees).•Strong technical skills; knowledge of Windows & macOS; University Degree inComputers; excellent communication; able to work with or without supervision.•Familiar with the following applications or equivalent: Service Now, SAP, Citrix, McAfee,Microsoft Azure, Cisco Jabber, Enterprise Vault, Resource Finder, SCCM / Intune,Microsoft Teams.
