Executive Yayasan MaritimJOB PURPOSE:Manage the effective execution and coordination of Yayasan Maritim's programmes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with its strategic pillars and contribution to the maritime sector's development.Support transparent financial management, stakeholder engagement, programme monitoring and evaluation, while enhancing Yayasan Maritim's visibility and overall impact. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Execute and coordinate the implementation of Yayasan Maritim's programmes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities. Support engagement efforts with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring effective communication of Yayasan Maritim activities. Identify funding priority areas and ensure programmes align with MISC's corporate values, education priorities and Yayasan Maritim's strategic pillars. Develop and prepare content to strengthen Yayasan Maritim's branding, awareness and public visibility. Administer and monitor budget utilisation and maintain accurate financial records to support transparent and efficient fund management. Monitor, evaluate and prepare reports on programme performance and impact, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Coordinate fundraising initiatives, support donor engagement activities and maintain donor databases and communication records. EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 6 years of related working experience in fund management, stakeholder engagement or related fields. Experience within a non-profit organisation, charitable foundation, corporate social responsibility (CSR) function, or direct exposure to the maritime industry or education sector will be an added advantage. Good understanding of the Malaysian education landscape and national development agendas. Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting, Business Management or any relevant discipline.
