The team focuses on close collaboration with clients, ensuring each project meets high standards from design through installation.Role Description The Exhibition Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and execution of exhibition stands and related signage projects. This role includes coordinating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, translating concepts into practical production plans, and managing timelines, budgets, and resources. The Exhibition Production Manager supervises the fabrication, assembly, and installation of exhibition materials, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications. Day-to-day tasks involve scheduling and directing production staff, liaising with suppliers, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring that all exhibition deliverables are completed on time and to client satisfaction. The role also involves continuous process improvement, documentation of project workflows, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to support repeat business.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project and production management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.Candidates should possess skills in exhibition planning and coordination, including layout interpretation, material selection, and on-site supervision.Candidates should possess technical knowledge of signage and display fabrication, including familiarity with printing, cutting, mounting, and installation processes.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, designers, suppliers, and production teams.Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills for handling production challenges, time constraints, and quality issues.Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records.Relevant experience in exhibition production, signage manufacturing, or events fabrication within the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.A diploma or degree in production management, events management, design, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic computer and office tools.
