Job descriptionVolunteer – IPS & AIM ExhibitionsLocation: Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), DubaiEvents: IPS & AIM ExhibitionsRole OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and responsible volunteers to support our team during the IPS and AIM Exhibitions at Dubai World Trade Centre. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the exhibition and events industry, interact with professionals, and develop valuable communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the event team with general exhibition activities and coordination.Support visitors and exhibitors with basic information and directions.Assist with registration, kiosks, and visitor management as required.Help ensure smooth operations throughout the exhibition.Coordinate with the assigned team members and follow instructions.Maintain a professional and presentable appearance throughout the event.Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the event team.RequirementsMust be available for all three days: 7th, 8th & 9th September 2026.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.Punctual and responsible.Willingness to work in a busy exhibition environment.Previous event or exhibition experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Volunteer BenefitsAED 50 per day as a food and transportation allowance.Certificate of Participation/Completion upon successfully completing all three days.Valuable exposure to the professional exhibition and events industry.Opportunity to interact with exhibitors, visitors, and industry professionals.Practical experience that can be added to your CV.
