Using a silent alarm, you can reach friends and trained responders in your area, people who can be on the scene immediately. They intervene, call the police, or serve as witnesses. This way, we prevent the victim-perpetrator reversal and bring genuine civic courage and neighborly assistance back into everyday life. We also plan to integrate the police in the future, which will reduce response times and facilitate investigative work.The ProblemSafety in Germany is a logistical challenge. When every second counts, professional help takes an average of 11 minutes to reach the scene. During this delay, a smartphone is often useless. Büffel closes this gap through a decentralized network.
