Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun logistieke processen soepel verlopen. Je bewaakt en coördineert de orderafhandeling van A tot Z en houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte. Daarbij controleer je documentatie op volledigheid en nauwkeurigheid en monitor je het operationele proces, waarbij je stuurt op basis van de KPI’s. Met kantoren wereldwijd en een uitgebreid netwerk van agenten, zijn we een van de grootste spelers in onze branche.Hoe jouw dag eruitziet:Je begint je dag met een verse kop koffie. Met een gefocuste blik neem je plaats achter je bureau. Je loopt je lopende transporten en prioriteiten door. Nog voordat je je mailbox opent, komt er al een dringende vraag binnen: een klant wil een update over een spoedlevering. Je schakelt direct met je collega’s van truckplanning, verifieert de leveringsstatus en brengt de klant op de hoogte. Gedurende de ochtend hebben jullie als team een brainstormsessie over het optimaliseren van het orderverwerkingsproces. Tijdens de sessie gaan er verschillende ideeën over efficiëntere werkwijzen heen en weer. Je krijgt hier ontzettend veel energie van. Wanneer je wilt starten met het uitwerken van de ideeën, gaat de telefoon. Een lekkage in een van onze tankcontainers. Je aarzelt geen moment. Je brengt de juiste collega’s op de hoogte, checkt de inhoud van de tankcontainer en zorgt ervoor dat alle veiligheidsprotocollen worden nageleefd. Even lijkt het spannend, maar gelukkig blijkt de schade mee te vallen. Door je snelle actie blijft de impact beperkt en kan het transport met minimale vertraging doorgaan. Tijd voor lunch. Samen met collega’s geniet je van een ontspannen pauze, een potje tafelvoetbal of een korte wandeling om je hoofd leeg te maken.’s Middags heb je overleg met een klant over de importdocumentatie. Je loopt de benodigde papieren door en geeft advies over de volgende stappen. Je komt erachter dat de Bill of Lading ontbreekt. Je schakelt snel met je internationale collega’s om ervoor te zorgen dat de tank zonder vertraging wordt geïmporteerd. Voordat je de dag afsluit, loop je langs bij de Product Specialist en daarna bij het team Tank Planning. Klant Stof BV in jouw portefeuille vervoert zeer giftige stoffen, en er komt binnenkort een nieuwe schadelijke stof bij. Samen bespreken jullie de beste manier om deze veilig en efficiënt te verzenden. Jullie wisselen inzichten uit en komen tot een passende oplossing voor de klant. Met een tevreden gevoel klap je je laptop dicht. Morgen weer een dag!Wat zoeken wij in jóu?Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Spreek je daarnaast ook andere talen? You monitor and coordinate order handling from A to Z and keep all parties involved informed throughout the process. Focused and ready to go, you sit down at your desk and review your ongoing transports and priorities. Before you even have a chance to open your inbox, an urgent request comes in: a customer wants an update on an express delivery. You immediately contact your colleagues in truck planning, verify the delivery status and update the customer.During the morning, you and your team have a brainstorming session about how to optimise the order processing workflow. Different ideas for working more efficiently are exchanged, and you find yourself energised by the discussion.Just as you are about to start working out some of those ideas, the phone rings. There is a leak in one of our tank containers. You do not hesitate. You inform the appropriate colleagues, check the contents of the tank container and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. For a moment, the situation looks serious, but fortunately the damage turns out to be limited. Thanks to your quick response, the impact remains minimal and the transport can continue with only a minor delay.Time for lunch. Together with your colleagues, you enjoy a relaxed break, play a game of table football or take a short walk to clear your head.In the afternoon, you have a meeting with a customer regarding import documentation. You review the required documents and advise the customer on the next steps. You discover that the Bill of Lading is missing. You quickly coordinate with your international colleagues to make sure the tank can be imported without delay.Before wrapping up for the day, you stop by the Product Specialist and then visit the Tank Planning team. One of the customers in your portfolio, Stof BV, transports highly toxic substances and will soon be adding a new hazardous substance. Together, you discuss the safest and most efficient way to transport it. You exchange ideas and arrive at a suitable solution for the customer. Satisfied with the day’s work, you close your laptop. Tomorrow is another day!What are we looking for in you?You are fluent in English. Do you speak any additional languages?
