You'll be the person who makes HAVN feel like HAVN. You'll greet members by name, welcome every guest like they belong, host events, and make each visit feel personal. Working directly with the General Manager, you'll own the member experience from a prospect's first tour through their first weeks and every week after. You'll introduce members to each other, learn what they come here for, and make Sanctuary a place they want to come back to.When the experience is right, the business follows. Warm tours, thoughtful follow-up, and members who stay because they feel at home are how this role helps HAVN grow.Member Experience & HospitalityServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for members, greeting members and guests warmly and ensuring every interaction reflects HAVN’s high-touch, hospitality-first standardOwn the member onboarding experience: orient new members to all amenities, introduce them to the community, set expectations, and follow up proactively in their first weeks to ensure they’re thrivingBuild genuine, ongoing relationships with current members, learning their routines, preferences, and goals so you can personalize their experience and flag renewal or upgrade opportunities naturallyServe as the first line of support for member questions, requests, and concerns, resolving issues quickly and escalating when needed, always with a calm and solutions-oriented approachMonitor the health of the member base: track engagement, identify members who may be at risk of churning, and proactively reach out to re-engage or address concerns before they escalateConduct regular member check-ins and satisfaction touchpoints to gather feedback, strengthen retention, and identify opportunities to improve the experienceOperations & Front of HouseOpen and close the club, making sure every space is guest-ready before the first member walks inSet up and manage food and beverage service: daily coffee and snack setup, event catering, and keeping the members' lounge stocked and presentableRestock amenities across the fitness center, studio, rooftop pool, spa, and lounge, including towels, toiletries, and supplies, and track inventory so nothing runs outRun member onboarding logistics: access setup, account and billing setup in our member platform, amenity orientation, and welcome materialsManage day-to-day front-of-house operations, including building access, amenity and room reservations, guest check-in, and member communicationsKeep presentation standards high in every space, from the gym floor to the pool deckCoordinate with facilities and vendors on maintenance, deliveries, and repairs, and follow up until issues are resolvedAssist with Sales as neededEvents & CommunitySupport the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community eventsFoster meaningful connections in the HAVN communityRepresent HAVN at local wellness and networking events to build brand visibility and generate leadsProvide on-site support during evening or weekend events as neededSocial Media & BrandCapture and post organic social content for HAVN, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, showcasing the wellness experience and communityWrite on-brand captions and stories that reflect HAVN’s lifestyle and valuesMonitor DMs and comments, responding in a timely and on-brand mannerCollaborate with the GM and Sales Associate on content planning and posting cadenceKey Qualities for SuccessGo-getter: You take on challenges with confidence, figure things out quickly, and don’t get intimidated by the unknown.Detail-Driven: You anticipate needs, execute efficiently, and sweat the small stuff that makes a big difference.Community Builder: You thrive on creating meaningful connections and promoting collaboration within a diverse community.Creative Problem-Solver: You proactively address challenges, think outside the box, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Entrepreneurial & Self-Starter: You take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
