These positions are ideal forpassionate self-starters with an optimistic outlook, exceptional organizational skills, anda talent for thriving in dynamic team environments. Key ResponsibilitiesMust have a comprehensive understanding of luxury lifestyle/hospitality, luxurybrands and vendors, and international UHNW clientele and travel markets toanticipate their needs, ensuring seamless travel, and lifestyle management.Must be able to confirm complex hotel bookings, book private estates, managegroup visits, create travel itineraries, source luxury items, manage VIP/luxuryservices, and provide complete lifestyle management.Effectively liaison with management teams at luxury hotels, resorts, and serviceproviders globally to deliver personalized client experiences.Professionally communicate with clients and vendors to schedule meetings,document preferences, and manage expectations.Work closely with Experience/Operations Managers to ensure accuracy andalignment with client requests.Maintain and update the client database with lifestyle preferences and servicehistories.Efficiently handle multiple projects, ensuring timely and precise execution underhigh-pressure environments.Develop detailed client proposals and presentations, ensuring they reflect clientpreferences and requests.Desired Skills & QualificationsMandatory Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, luxury lifestyle/hospitalityindustry, or project management. Candidates with a travel background will beprioritized.Expertise: Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle, global travel markets, andUHNW client needs.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to conveyideas clearly and confidently.Problem-Solving: Strong judgment, ethical decision-making, and proactiveproblem-resolution skills.Organization: Outstanding multitasking abilities and attention to detail.Adaptability: Ability to work unsupervised, maintain composure under pressure,manage requests across multiple time-zones, and thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate a polished,professional demeanor at all times.
