Applicants are encouraged to report any suspicious job-related communications referencing Ulta Beauty to the HR Service Center.Role Description The Experience Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for elevating the end-to-end guest experience in alignment with Ulta Beauty’s standards and brand values. This role oversees daily store experience initiatives, including monitoring customer touchpoints, supporting team members in delivering personalized service, and ensuring that in-store services and retail interactions are seamless and engaging. The Experience Manager collaborates with store leadership to analyze customer feedback and performance metrics, implements experience-focused projects, and drives continuous improvement across service, merchandising, and operational processes. This position also leads cross-functional communication, coordinates special events and programs that enhance customer engagement, and coaches team members to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for guests and colleagues.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on delivering personalized, high-quality interactions in a retail or service environment.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to share feedback clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide store associates in guest experience standards.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, experience metrics, and operational data, and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, implement, and evaluate experience-focused initiatives, events, and process enhancements within the store.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior leadership experience in retail or hospitality, familiarity with loyalty or membership programs, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
