This role is ideal for a confident clinician who wants to provide comprehensive care, expand their skills in advanced dentistry, and take on a leadership role within an established, growing practice.Our Lead General Dentist will step into a strong existing patient base and work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team in a fully digital, technology-forward environment. Success in this role means delivering exceptional patient care, developing comprehensive treatment plans, building patient trust and case acceptance, and helping lead the clinical team toward continued growth.The position is available at either our Holbrook or Scituate location and offers a 4-day workweek, mentorship, and ongoing continuing education opportunities.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive general dentistry, diagnosis, and treatment planningDeliver high-quality restorative, surgical, and implant care based on clinical experienceEducate patients on treatment options and build confidence in recommended careCollaborate with our multi-specialty team to provide efficient, comprehensive treatmentLead and mentor clinical team members while maintaining high standards of patient careSupport practice growth, efficiency, and case completionContinue developing advanced clinical skills through mentorship and continuing educationQualificationsDDS or DMD from an accredited dental schoolActive Massachusetts dental license5+ years of general dentistry experience preferredStrong comprehensive treatment planning and clinical skillsExcellent patient communication and leadership skillsExperience with implants, oral surgery, and advanced restorative procedures is a plusCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered careWhy PearlPearl provides the technology, patient base, mentorship, and support for an experienced dentist to continue growing clinically and professionally.
