We value reliability, integrity, and a strong service mindset, offering a workplace that prioritizes both patient satisfaction and team growth.Role OverviewReal Smile Dentistry is seeking an energetic, results-driven Experienced Dental Office Manager to step in and lead daily front-office operations while serving as our primary bridge between clinical recommendations and patient treatment acceptance.This role is ideal for an operational leader with strong financial acumen and a persuasive sales mindset. You will manage scheduling workflows, direct billing, and maintain an exceptional front-office standard. Crucially, you will lead patient financial consultations, translating care plans into clear payment options, overcoming financial objections, and driving case acceptance to support the overall revenue growth of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Financial Coordination & Revenue Growth: Conduct patient financial consultations, explain care plans clearly, present payment options/financing, and help patients move forward with treatment to consistently drive practice revenue and case acceptance.Billing & Revenue Cycle Management: Direct dental insurance claims processing, patient collections, accounts receivable, insurance breakdown verifications, and aging reports to maintain optimal practice cash flow.Operations & Workflow Optimization: Oversee master appointment scheduling, eliminate daily administrative bottlenecks, supervise patient check-in/check-out processes, and ensure fluid patient flow between clinical and administrative teams.Team Leadership & Administration: Support administrative and front-desk staff, foster a collaborative team culture, manage office supplies, and ensure full compliance with practice policies and healthcare regulations.QualificationsEaglesoft Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating Eaglesoft software (Required).Treatment Presentation & Sales Personality: Demonstrated success in guiding patients through treatment plans, presenting financial options, and achieving strong case acceptance rates.Dental Billing Expertise: Extensive background in dental billing, coding, insurance verification, and collection management.Leadership & Workflow Management: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead administrative staff effectively.Education & Experience: 5+ years of prior experience in a dental office management or senior administrative role required.
