A structured day-boarding system and a dedicated faculty create a supportive environment where students can explore their strengths and excel in multiple fields.Role Description The Experienced English Teacher will teach English to middle and senior school classes, plan and deliver engaging lessons, and ensure alignment with CISCE curriculum standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing assessments, grading assignments and exams, and providing constructive feedback to students and families. The teacher will foster reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills through a variety of instructional strategies, including discussions, projects, and creative activities. Additional duties include maintaining accurate academic records, participating in staff meetings and professional development, supporting school events, and contributing to co-curricular activities related to language and literature. This is a full-time, on-site role based at The Radiant Way School campus in Raipur.Qualifications Strong command of English language, including grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing instruction.Proven classroom teaching skills, with experience managing diverse learners and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment.Ability to design lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials aligned with CISCE or comparable academic standards.Skill in fostering communication, critical thinking, and creative expression through interactive and inquiry-based teaching methods.Effective classroom and time management, with organized record-keeping and use of educational technology where appropriate.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed. preferred.Prior experience teaching English at school level, ideally in middle and senior grades, and familiarity with CISCE curriculum is an advantage.Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to value-based education and holistic student development.
