Apply & track with Apply EdgeURBAN BREWING - The CHQ Building, Custom House Quay, Dublin 1Experienced Floor Staff (Waiter/Waitress)Full-time · Dublin 1 · €14.15–€15.50 per hour + tipsAbout the roleWe run a restaurant, bar and working microbrewery in the 200-year-old CHQ Building on Dublin's Docklands - Stack A Restaurant in the vaults, our ground-floor bar, and a terrace, hosting everything from walk-in lunches to events for up to 350 guests.This is a floor role for someone who takes real pride in service - remembering a regular's order, reading a table, keeping calm when every section is full at once. You don't need to arrive knowing our menu or our wines; you do need to arrive wanting to learn them properly - we'll train you on wine, allergens and service standards ourselves.About the hours: lunch shifts, evenings and weekends are part of floor life. In return: your roster will be out every Saturday for the week ahead, a team that doesn't leave you uncovered - and Christmas at home: we close every year on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, St Stephen's Day and New Year's Day (we're open New Year's Eve).What you'll doDeliver warm, attentive service across the restaurant, bar and terraceTake food and drink orders accurately and ring them through the POSKeep your section clean, set and guest-ready throughout serviceStay calm and organised under pressure, without losing the details that matterCommunicate clearly with the kitchen, bar and your teamAbout youExperienced - at least 1 year in a waiting or floor roleGuest-focused - warm, attentive, genuinely good with peopleCalm under pressure - efficient and organised when it's busyA clear communicator - fluent EnglishAvailable for lunch - lunchtime shifts are part of the roleFlexible - available for evening and weekend shiftsWhat we offer€14.15–€15.50 per hour, plus a real share of our tip pool - paid weekly through your payslip, fully transparent, explained before you start.
