The Flutter Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring smooth performance, responsive UI, and strong security practices. The role involves collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrating APIs and third-party services, and optimizing apps for various devices. The developer will monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, write clean and testable code, and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. The role also includes contributing to architecture decisions, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes, with an expectation for immediate joining.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience building and deploying production-grade mobile applications on Android and iOS.Hands-on skills in state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), UI/UX implementation, responsive layouts, and custom widgets.Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, GraphQL or similar services, and working with backend teams for end-to-end feature delivery.Knowledge of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, debugging, and profiling tools, along with familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.Understanding of secure coding principles, data privacy, and best practices for authentication, authorization, and secure storage on mobile devices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem
