The team works to make the shipping process simple, efficient, and stress-free for businesses of all sizes.Role Description The Experienced Freight Broker will manage day-to-day freight operations by sourcing carriers, securing capacity, and matching loads with appropriate carriers. This full-time, on-site role in Karāchi involves negotiating rates, building long-term relationships with carriers and shippers, and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery. The broker will handle load tendering, scheduling, and documentation, while proactively resolving service issues and communicating shipment status. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in internal systems, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the team to meet performance and margin targets.Qualifications Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics or transportation brokerage role, preferably handling U.S. freight.Strong skills in carrier sourcing, load matching, and rate negotiation, with the ability to build and maintain carrier and shipper relationships.Knowledge of freight types, lanes, and modes (e.g., truckload, less-than-truckload) and a solid understanding of brokerage and transportation best practices.Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS), spreadsheets, and communication tools for tracking and reporting shipments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, load confirmations, and compliance requirements.Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, collaborate with team members, and manage time effectively to handle multiple loads and priorities.Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in U.S. or international freight markets is an advantage.
