Team members work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment with diverse design and print projects.Role Description The Experienced Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Colombo. The designer will create and adapt artwork for various print products such as menus, tickets, brochures, invitations, and banners, ensuring designs align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, preparing print-ready files, collaborating with the print production team, and refining designs based on feedback. The role also involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining consistent quality, and meeting deadlines for commercial and custom printing jobs. The designer is expected to contribute creative ideas that enhance the visual impact and usability of all printed materials.Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for print-focused projects.Demonstrated ability in Logo Design and Branding to support client identity and marketing needs.Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).Experience preparing print-ready files and understanding of printing processes, color management, and file formats.Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a printing or advertising environment.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and clients.Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
