Experienced iPhone Repair Technician – Full Time

About Us:We are a growing mobile device wholesaler and refurbisher processing thousands of smartphones and tablets each month. We are looking for an experienced iPhone Repair Technician to join our production team.This is a hands-on, production-focused repair position with no retail sales or customer-facing responsibilities. You will primarily repair iPhones and iPads that fail quality-control testing and return them to full working condition for resale.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair iPhones and iPads that fail functional testingReplace screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, housings, and other componentsTroubleshoot hardware and functional issuesComplete post-repair testing to verify device functionalityInspect repaired devices for cosmetic and workmanship issuesAccurately record repairs and parts usedWork closely with our QC team to identify recurring device issuesMaintain an organized repair station and follow ESD proceduresWhat We're Looking ForPrevious professional iPhone repair experience is required.You should be comfortable independently opening, diagnosing, repairing, reassembling, and testingiPhones.Qualified candidates should have:1+ year of professional iPhone/iPad repair or refurbishment experience requiredExperience replacing screens, batteries, cameras, housings, charging ports, and similar componentsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to perform clean, consistent repairs without damaging devicesStrong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume production environmentDependable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday 9 am - 5:30 pmApple, WISE, or other repair certifications are a plus but not required.Why Join Us?Unlike a retail repair shop, this position is focused entirely on device repair and refurbishment.
