The tutor will conduct live online classes, deliver Malayalam curriculum content aligned with CBSE standards, and design lesson plans that address varying learning levels and styles. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining concepts clearly, guiding students through reading, writing, grammar, and literature, assigning and reviewing homework, and preparing students for school exams and assessments. The tutor will monitor student performance, provide regular feedback to learners and guardians, maintain accurate records of progress, and use digital tools and resources to enhance engagement. Collaboration with the academy’s support team to refine teaching practices and participate in periodic training or review sessions is also expected.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Malayalam language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills, with a clear understanding of CBSE syllabus for Grades 6–10.Demonstrated teaching or tutoring experience in Malayalam for middle and high school students, preferably within CBSE or similar school curricula.Ability to create structured lesson plans, design practice exercises, and adapt teaching strategies to different learning speeds and styles.Competence in using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, digital whiteboards, and educational resources to deliver interactive lessons.Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and engage students in a remote learning environment.Bachelor’s degree in Malayalam, Education, or a closely related field; formal teacher training or certification is an advantage.Reliable high-speed internet connection, a suitable quiet workspace, and familiarity with basic troubleshooting of common technical issues.Willingness to follow Tutoria Learning Academy’s academic guidelines, maintain professionalism, and uphold a respectful, inclusive learning atmosphere.
