WE ARE HIRING: EXPERIENCED ON-AIR PERSONALITY (OAP)Talent Spur Advisory Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a leading Media & Entertainment organisation for an experienced On-Air Personality (OAP) to join its radio broadcasting team in Lagos.We are looking for a confident, engaging and experienced broadcaster who understands how to command an audience, create compelling conversations and deliver high-quality live radio.What You’ll Be DoingHost and present assigned radio programmes.Develop engaging show segments, features and content ideas.Conduct interviews with artists, celebrities, creatives and other personalities.Drive meaningful listener interaction and audience engagement.Contribute to the station’s digital and social media presence.Support branded content, promotions and commercial campaigns.Represent the station at events, activations, concerts and entertainment experiences.Collaborate with producers, programming, digital, marketing and commercial teams.Stay current with music, entertainment, culture, trends and conversations relevant to the audience.What We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience as an OAP, radio presenter, broadcaster or closely related role.Proven live radio broadcasting experience.Strong voice, diction, articulation and on-air presence.Excellent interviewing and conversational skills.Strong knowledge of music, entertainment and popular culture.Ability to think quickly and handle live, unscripted situations.Strong content development and storytelling ability.Digital and social media fluency.Professionalism, creativity and strong audience engagement skills.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.An established audience, personal brand, strong entertainment industry network or experience hosting major shows/events will be an advantage.Location: V.I., Lago, Nigeria.Employment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Media & EntertainmentIf you are an experienced OAP who can bring personality, credibility, creativity and strong audience connection to a contemporary radio platform, we would like to hear from you.To Apply: Send your CV and, where available, links to your aircheck, showreel/on-air recordings to talentspuradvisory.careers@gmail.comSubject: Experienced OAP – Radio BroadcastingOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Please share with an experienced broadcaster who may be a good fit.
