Applicants join a company that values technical expertise, safety, and quality workmanship in challenging environments.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Technician role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Experienced Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of corrosion mitigation systems on reinforced concrete and masonry structures, following project plans and technical specifications. Daily tasks include site preparation, equipment setup, surface preparation, application of products and systems, and accurate completion of work reports. The role involves reading drawings and work instructions, using hand and power tools, supporting site inspections and testing, and collaborating with engineers and project supervisors. The Technician will adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards, assist with material handling and inventory, and help maintain tools and equipment in good working order.Qualifications Demonstrated technical skills in installation, repair, and maintenance of construction or industrial systems, preferably related to concrete or corrosion protection.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions, with strong attention to detail and quality standards.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments safely and effectively on job sites.Understanding of site safety practices, health and safety regulations, and safe work procedures in construction or industrial environments.Experience working on bridges, parking garages, buildings, marine, or industrial structures is an asset.Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a field team.Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills in the region are an advantage.Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience in construction, civil engineering, or industrial maintenance.Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions, and to travel to different project sites as required.
