Experiences Design Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Experience Design Specialist to lead the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of parent and child experiences across key program areas, including Early Stimulation, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Cultural Immersion, and Journey Through Parenthood. The role works closely with internal teams, external experts, and community stakeholders to create engaging, evidence-based, and impactful experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative experiences and programs for children and parents.Create engaging, age-appropriate content, activities, and delivery models.Manage partnerships with experts, vendors, and community organizations.Lead testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement of experience offerings.Monitor implementation, evaluate outcomes, and support quality delivery.Gather and integrate feedback from parents, families, and stakeholders.Support community engagement initiatives and satellite network growth.RequirementsMaster's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.7+ years of experience in early childhood program design and delivery.Strong background in parent engagement, community programs, and partnership management.Experience in program testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.Knowledge of UAE early childhood regulations and best practices is preferred.Key SkillsExperience Design & Program DevelopmentEarly Childhood DevelopmentCommunity EngagementPartnership & Stakeholder ManagementProject CoordinationMonitoring & Evaluation
