And our most exhilarating journey lies ahead: Shaping and leading the future of Investment Technologies.About the RoleWe are seeking an Expert AI Developer to accelerate ForInvest's AI transformation journey by turning innovative ideas into production-grade solutions, including our central AI platform, ForMind. This role combines advanced R&D capabilities with strong software engineering skills to build scalable, reliable AI solutions.In this role, you will leverage advanced platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud (Vertex AI), and modern AI tools, focusing heavily on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems powered by our AgentCore framework. You will conduct cutting-edge technology research, rapidly build and deploy AI use cases via our AI Developer pipeline, integrate our internal ForInvest MCP Server, and design corporate-scale multi-agent workflows backed by a Two-tier RAG architecture.What You'll DoTechnology Research & R&D: Conduct deep technology research to evaluate emerging AI frameworks, models, and tools, driving innovation and maintaining expert-level coding standards.Agent & Workflow Design: Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases.System Integration: Integrate and operationalize AI agents and workflows into scalable production environments.Orchestration: Implement orchestration processes using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or Strands SDK.RAG & Optimization: Apply two-tier RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture, grounding, and prompt optimization techniques to enhance response quality across ForMind and minimize hallucinations.API Management: Connect and integrate developed agents with internal and external systems via APIs and connectors.Error & State Management: Design state & memory management, error handling, fallback mechanisms, and escalation paths.Test & Analysis: Perform testing, evaluation, and performance analysis of agents and automated workflows.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with architects and data teams to translate business requirements into deployable AI solutions.CI/CD & Deployment: Support deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of AI agents.What We're Looking ForStrong software engineering background with at least 5+ years of active software development experience.Exceptional coding skills and high proficiency in TypeScript and Python for building robust AI solutions and automated workflows.Familiarity with the finance industry, stock market data, algorithmic trading, or investment/tracking tools.Strong command of AWS (Bedrock, etc.) and Google Cloud (Vertex AI, etc.) ecosystems and their AI integrations.Hands-on experience building agentic and multi-agent workflows using at least one framework (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Strands SDK).Deep understanding of prompt engineering, two-tier RAG architecture, grounding, tool/function calling, hallucination mitigation, and model evaluation.MCP Proficiency (Must-Have): Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including utilizing MCP servers and building custom integrations within the ForInvest MCP Server ecosystem.AI Tooling Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency with modern AI developer tools, LLM platforms, vector databases, and developer productivity tools.Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database systems; experienced in data modeling and querying.Ability to integrate external systems using REST APIs, JSON architecture, and authentication methods like OAuth2.Proficiency in English to follow technical documentation and collaborate with global teams or resources.DevOps & Deployment: Experience with Docker, containerization technologies, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.Our Culture:We take pride in our values and principles, which capture the essence of our culture:Thrive TogetherEmbracing challenges as one, we empower each other's wellbeing, growth, and success.·Aspire, Inspire and GrowWe aspire to be and do our best, every day.
