Expert Certification & Qualification Engineer

We are Hiring | Expert Certification & Qualification EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Expert Certification & Qualification Engineer to join our Engineering & Operations team.The successful candidate will provide technical expertise across certification, qualification, testing, and validation activities, ensuring that systems and solutions meet required quality, compliance, and deployment standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support complex Proof of Concept (PoC) and First-of-Kind (FoK) activities, including defining objectives, success criteria, test sites, and procedures.Review Verification & Validation (V&V) plans, test plans, test cases, and testing outcomes for various system components and solutions.Assess test evidence, reports, and conformity documentation to support system certification and deployment readiness.Coordinate with Quality Engineering teams and relevant certification entities to support certification activities.Analyze testing risks, early failures, defects, and operational-site performance, and recommend mitigation and improvement actions.Provide technical recommendations for go/hold decisions based on PoC, FoK, V&V outcomes, defect status, and compliance evidence.Review System Integration Testing (SIT), Proof of Performance (PoP), and software release-readiness results before operational deployment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and OEMs to ensure the successful delivery of certification and qualification activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology.6–8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Hands-on experience in system testing, validation, certification, compliance, and integration.Strong understanding of risk assessment, vendor management, systems planning, and technical implementation.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please share your updated CV.
