With extensive global reach, industry-qualified professionals, and 24/7 client support, AMCO is committed to connecting organizations with the right talent efficiently and reliably.Role Description The Expert English & IELTS Instructor will deliver high-quality English language and IELTS preparation classes to learners in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this full-time, on-site role, the instructor will design and implement structured lesson plans, assess learner progress, and provide targeted feedback to help learners achieve their desired English proficiency and IELTS scores. Daily responsibilities include conducting interactive classroom sessions, preparing teaching materials and practice tests, organizing mock exams, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The instructor will collaborate with the training center team to align course content with international standards, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and learning outcomes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with demonstrated ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds.Candidates should possess skills in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with experience adapting instruction for non-native speakers.Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, outcome-focused sessions and exam preparation materials.Candidates should possess expertise in IELTS, including in-depth knowledge of test formats, scoring criteria, and effective preparation strategies.Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear, professional communication and classroom management skills.Relevant teaching certification or TEFL/TESOL qualification; a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience teaching English and/or IELTS in a classroom or training center environment, ideally with track record of learner achievement.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a training and recruitment-focused organization.
