The role manages and develops the recruitment team, advises senior stakeholders on workforce priorities, and ensures consistent delivery of practical, data-informed people solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment across assigned functions, from workforce requirements and sourcing strategy through selection, offer, and onboardingAdvise business leaders on workforce priorities, hiring requirements, market conditions, risks, and recruitment trade-offsBuild and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment events, referrals, and employer branding initiativesUse recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes, productivity, and candidate experienceTeam Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, coach, and develop the recruitment team; set priorities, allocate resources, manage performance, and ensure delivery standardsBuild trusted relationships with senior leaders, challenge constructively, and influence workforce and people decisionsEstablish clear governance, ownership, communication, and escalation across recruitment and people initiativesManage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations through data-driven recommendations and timely alignmentPeople Partnership & Employee SupportServe as the primary People Partner for assigned functions, advising managers on core HR matters, policies, and employee lifecycle decisionsOversee onboarding, probation, employee movements, performance processes, development, and offboardingAddress employee concerns and people risks with sound judgment, coordinating resolution and escalation as requiredLead HR programs and change initiatives, securing stakeholder buy-in and effective executionRequirementsMinimum 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or People Partnering experience, including 3+ years in formal team leadershipProven success leading complex, high-volume, and critical hiring across functions and seniority levelsStrong knowledge of workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, core HR processes, and employment practicesDemonstrated success building and leading teams, including performance, capability, resource planning, and delivery accountabilityStrong executive stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and constructive challenge skillsStrong analytical and commercial mindset; able to translate people data into business recommendationsFluent business English with strong executive communication and presentation skillsPreferred ProfileConfident, hands-on people leader who creates alignment, builds trust, and delivers in a fast-paced environment
