Expert Telecom VAS Application Developer

We are looking for experienced Telecom VAS Application Developers to join our Technology team and contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support of carrier-grade Value Added Services applications across SDP, USSD, Messaging, Voice services, and related telecom platforms.What you’ll do:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and develop telecom VAS services, including SDP, USSD, SMS, Voice, OTA, ADM, RBT, and related applications.Build integrations with telecom platforms such as SMSC, SDP, USSD Gateway, CRM, Billing, Middleware, OCS, REST APIs, SOAP services, SMS aggregators, international carriers, and mobile operators.Deploy services across development, testing, and production environments.Support SIT, UAT, business acceptance testing, production validation, and hypercare.Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, configuration guides, release notes, and user guides.Improve service frameworks, develop automation tools, standardize reusable libraries, and mentor junior developers.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Engineering.5–7 years of experience in telecom/software development.3–5 years of hands-on experience developing telecom VAS services.Strong experience with SDP and USSD platforms.Experience with telecom operators or VAS solution vendors.Technical skills:Java / Spring Boot, Python preferred.Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL performance optimization.Linux, Git, CI/CD tools, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and APIs.SMPP, SS7 MAP/CAP, SIP, Diameter.SDP Service Creation, USSD Service Development, SMS Application Development, and Telecom Integration.Preferred platform experience: OpenCode, Huawei, Skyvera, Invigo, multi-vendor telecom environments, and high-availability carrier-grade systems.
