Export & Business Development Manager

We are looking for a “Export & Business Development Manager” for our client in the construction Automotive Spare Parts sector, for whom we provide consulting services. Job Description Managing end-to-end export operations, including documentation, customs procedures, international logistics, and regulatory complianceDeveloping and executing export strategies to expand the company’s global footprintIdentifying new international markets, distributors, partners, and sales channelsConducting detailed market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies for targeted regionsPreparing commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitable growth in international salesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partnersDriving business development initiatives and supporting strategic projects to increase market shareRepresenting the company at international exhibitions, fairs, and industry eventsMonitoring export performance, preparing reports, and contributing to the company’s long-term commercial strategyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fieldsProven experience in export management and international sales (managerial level preferred)At least 5 years of experience in the automotive and automotive spare parts sector.Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and global logisticsExcellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skillsHigh proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantageA highly proactive professional with strong leadership skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growthAbility to manage multiple markets, deadlines, and commercial projects simultaneouslyResult‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic international environmentAdecco is a private employment agency licensed under number 442 dated 27.12.2025, operating under the supervision of İŞKUR.
