About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Export & Compliance Logistics Manager to manage export logistics operations and ensure export shipments are executed in compliance with applicable commercial, customs, regulatory, and international trade requirements.The role will be responsible for managing export shipments, reviewing export documentation, monitoring trade and customs compliance requirements, coordinating with International Sales, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, regulatory authorities, and external partners, while ensuring efficient delivery of products to target markets and full compliance across Reef Group.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product export and international shipping operations according to approved plans and customer orders.Coordinate with International Sales and International Operations teams to determine shipping and delivery requirements for each target market.Prepare and review export documentation and ensure completeness and accuracy before shipment execution.Monitor export compliance requirements, customs regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to target markets.Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and relevant parties to ensure efficient export operations.Coordinate with warehouses to ensure shipment readiness, including quantities, packaging, labeling, and delivery schedules.Ensure shipments comply with customer, partner, and distributor requirements in target countries.Monitor export customs clearance and documentation processes and resolve any regulatory issues or operational obstacles.Manage export risks, including missing documentation, delays, shipment rejections, varying market requirements, and compliance issues.Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams when required to review export terms, contracts, or commercial documentation.Monitor international shipping and export costs, analyze cost drivers, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Develop and improve export logistics and compliance procedures and policies to standardize operations and reduce errors.Monitor the performance of freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and logistics partners supporting export operations.Maintain and update the database of export requirements, market requirements, and required documentation for each country or partner.Prepare periodic reports covering export shipments, completion rates, delays, costs, and compliance risks.Support international expansion plans by providing the required export logistics and regulatory requirements.Ensure export and compliance documentation is properly maintained and easily accessible when required.Supervise the export logistics team, assign responsibilities, review deliverables, and support performance development.Required CompetenciesStrong knowledge of export operations, international shipping, and trade compliance requirements.Ability to review export documentation and coordinate with regulatory and customs authorities.Strong coordination and communication skills with International Sales, warehouses, freight forwarders, and external partners.Strong risk management and problem-solving skills in logistics and regulatory matters.Strong reporting and cost analysis skills.Strong team leadership and operational management capabilities.Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Good understanding of international trade and customs requirements.LanguagesArabic and English.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-time export shipment execution rate.Completeness and accuracy rate of export documentation and compliance requirements.Reduction rate of compliance issues and violations in export operations.Efficiency of export and international shipping costs against plan.International Sales and partner satisfaction with logistics service quality.Export shipment compliance rate.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization where you will play a key role in managing international export operations and ensuring compliance across Reef Group.
