Export Coordinator£30,000Ossett, WakefieldI am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Ossett, Wakefield who are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team.Salary: £30,000Location: WakefieldFull-time Monday - FridayKey Responsibilities:Coordinate export orders from receipt through to delivery.Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently.Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers.Arrange international shipments and monitor deliveries.Ensure all export documentation and procedures comply with relevant regulations.Manage shipping schedules and resolve any issues or delays.Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed throughout the export process.Work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.Key Requirements:Previous experience working within an export or international logistics role is essential.Good understanding of export procedures and documentation.Experience dealing with freight forwarders and international shipments.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you have previous export experience and are looking for your next opportunity in the Ossett / Wakefield area, I would be interested in hearing from you.Please get in touch for further information or to discuss the role.
