Designation: Export ExecutiveDepartment: Export DepartmentBase Location: Noida / Delhi / NCROpenings: 01 (Vacancy) Experience Required: 2 – 3 years of relevant experienceQualification: Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Logistics, or International Business)Employment Type: PermanentSalary (CTC): As per Company NormsReporting To: International Business Manager – North AmericaLanguages: English / HindiRole OverviewProvides administrative and operational support to the export department, mainly focused on documentation, coordination, data mining, and lead management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing export documents (invoice, packing list, declarations, etc.) with the Team in Plant.Coordinate with production, packing, warehouse teams and Freight Forwarder to gather shipment details.Support communication with freight forwarders for booking confirmations and pickup updates.Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) and organize export documentation.Track shipments and update the Export Executive / Manager.Assist in preparing proforma invoices and basic customer correspondence.Handle routine follow-ups via email and calls.Conduct data mining to identify potential markets, customers, and industry trends.Support lead generation activities, including researching potential buyers and maintaining lead databases.Lead Filter: Send introductory mails to fresh leads, initiate communication, and transfer relevant leads to the Manager.Bulk Mails: Send out bulk mailers whenever required.Update internal records, MIS, and shipment trackers on Google Sheets.Qualifications / SkillsBachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Commerce, or International Business).Basic understanding of export procedures and INCOTERMS.Good written and verbal communication.Strong coordination and attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar).Ability to research and identify potential leads online.
