Export Head - International Business Development

🚨 WE’RE HIRING | EXPORT HEAD – INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 🌍A leading Ceramic Tiles Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced Export Head to lead and build its International Business Development function.📍 Location: Ahmedabad💼 Experience: 8–14 Years🏢 Industry: Ceramic Tiles / Building Materials👤 Reports To: Director🔹 Key Responsibilities• Own international revenue, gross profit and overall business growth• Develop and execute market expansion strategies across GCC, Africa, Europe, CIS, Americas & APAC• Lead and mentor the International Business Development team• Develop relationships with international buyers, importers, distributors, dealers and project contractors• Identify new markets and convert opportunities into business• Drive international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer meetings and market visits• Work with product/design teams to develop market-driven collections, sizes and finishes• Manage pricing, FOB/CIF, LC, DP and export commercial processes• Establish strong CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and reporting processes• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality, production and delivery commitments🔹 Ideal Candidate:✅ 8–14 years of relevant experience in Ceramic Tile Exports / International Business✅ Proven track record of building and growing international markets✅ Strong network of international buyers, importers, distributors and project contractors✅ Strong understanding of ceramic tile products and international markets✅ Hands-on knowledge of FOB, CIF, LC, DP, export documentation, freight & customs✅ Experience managing international sales teams✅ Knowledge of HS Codes 6907 & 6908, tile grades, sizes, finishes and specifications✅ Experience with CRM, customs data and trade intelligence platforms✅ Willingness to travel internationally🚀 What This Role Offers:• End-to-end ownership of the International Business function• Opportunity to build markets, teams and processes from the ground up• Direct interaction with the Director and involvement in strategic decisions• Opportunity to influence product collections and international market strategy• High-growth leadership opportunity with significant ownership📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at:aayushi@thepremierconsultants.comKnow someone who could be a great fit?
