Export Import Staff

Salary: Rp 4,00,000 to Rp 4,500,000 per monthKing Trading has been manufacturing private label swimwear and activewear in Bali since 1993. We produce for brands across Australia, Europe and the United States. Our team is young, close-knit and proud of what leaves our factory.Every order we make ends up on a plane or a ship, and this role gets it there. You will prepare the documentation, coordinate with forwarders and customs, and track shipments until they land. Accuracy and follow-through are everything in this job.What you will be doingPrepare export and import documentation including invoices, packing lists, COO, BL/AWB, PEB and PIBCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers and buyersMonitor shipment schedules and track cargo until arrivalKeep EXIM records organised and audit readyResolve customs clearance issues, missing documents and delaysSupport production, finance and warehouse teams with shipping needsWhat we are looking forMinimum 1 year of export and import experience, manufacturing a plusGood knowledge of customs procedures and documentationDetail-oriented, responsive and calm under deadline pressureAble to manage several shipments at onceBasic to intermediate English, written and spokenComfortable with email, Excel and WordHow to applyApply directly through this post, or send your CV in English to career@kingtrading.com with "Export Import Staff" in the subject line.
