OpportunityThis position combines Export Logistics + Trade Compliance.Initially, one strong professional will take ownership of both functions.The role begins at Executive level, but the expectation is that the selected person will develop toward Manager-level functional ownership as HALBEX grows.This is a Founding Team opportunity for someone who wants to build systems, SOPs, vendor networks and operational teams rather than simply process individual shipments.---Educational RequirementMBA or MBA in Logistics is required.Candidates should also have:Minimum 5 years of relevant professional Founding Team.Subject to the applicable policy, individual agreement, eligibility requirements, accounting determination and corporate approvals:Eligible Founding Team members may qualify for participation of up to 1% of Eligible Distributable Profit.This is not company equity, and it is not a guaranteed payment.Illustrative examplesEligible Distributable Profit 1% Participation₹1 crore ₹1
