The company offers opportunities to contribute to expanding its global footprint in the food and beverage industry.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Manager role based in Dubai. The Export Manager will oversee and manage international sales operations, including developing export plans, identifying new markets, and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and distributors. Daily responsibilities include coordinating shipment logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, preparing export documentation, and monitoring order timelines. The role involves collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory planning and timely delivery. The Export Manager will also analyze market trends, contribute to pricing strategies, and support business development initiatives to grow Great Gourmet’s presence in target regions.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Export processes, documentation, and logisticsExperience in Business Planning and commercial strategy developmentBackground in International Business and International Trade regulationsProven track record in Sales, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturingExcellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantageAbility to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with incoterms, customs procedures, and global shipping practicesBachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plusProficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management systemsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail for handling contracts and documentation
