Kromb India continues this legacy by focusing on durable, efficient packaging solutions that support the operational needs of its customers.Role Description The Export Manager role at Kromb India Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Export Manager will oversee end-to-end export operations, including managing documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves developing and executing export strategies, identifying new international markets, managing pricing and terms, and building strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and logistics partners. The Export Manager will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement in export processes. The position also requires monitoring global market trends in packing materials and providing regular sales and performance reports to management.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Export operations and International Trade compliance.Candidates should possess skills in International Business and Business Planning to develop and implement effective market entry strategies.Candidates should possess Sales skills focused on building and maintaining international customer relationships.Candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in written and spoken English.Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and regulatory requirements.Candidates should have experience in export management or international sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Rajkot and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
