قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجExport Manager — Dubai, UAEMast Monk DMCC, in partnership with Popular Group of Companies:📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Type: Full-time, On-site✈️ Travel: Regional & International👤 Reports to: DirectorAbout the Business:Popular Group is a 48-year-old, second-generation authorised OEM and multi-brand automotive spare-parts distributor, with a strong presence in the two-wheeler aftermarket.The Group distributes genuine spare parts for leading brands including TVS, Honda, Royal Enfield, Yamaha, Suzuki, Bajaj, Piaggio, Toyota and Ashok Leyland, alongside reputed aftermarket brands such as Varroc, Endurance, Rolon, Fiem, Suprajit, Bando, Osram and Shell Lubricants, as well as its own in-house brand, Ninki.With a network of 4,500+ regular retailers and an established sourcing, warehousing and distribution infrastructure in India, the business is now building its export vertical from Dubai.Dubai will serve as the hub for developing re-export business across the GCC, Middle East, Africa and CIS marketsAbout the Role:We are looking for an Export Manager to build and lead the Dubai export business end to end.This is not a maintenance role. You will be responsible for identifying markets, developing customers and distributors, negotiating commercial terms, managing export operations and ultimately building a profitable international business.You will work closely with the leadership team in Dubai and our sourcing and warehousing teams in Chennai.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and develop high-potential export markets across the GCC, Africa, Middle East and CIS.Identify, negotiate with and onboard distributors, wholesalers, importers and fleet customers.Develop long-term B2B relationships and build a strong international customer pipeline.Represent the business at relevant trade fairs, exhibitions and buyer-seller meets.Develop the Ninki brand in selected international markets alongside other OEM and aftermarket product lines.Commercial & P&L:Own export pricing, margins and the overall commercial performance of the vertical.Negotiate distributor agreements and payment terms, including LC and TT.Monitor competitor pricing, market demand and fast-moving SKUs.Build market-specific product and pricing strategies based on vehicle population and aftermarket demand.Export Operations & Logistics:Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle, from Proforma Invoice through shipment and delivery.Coordinate packing lists, container planning, FCL/LCL consolidation and freight forwarding.Work closely with Chennai sourcing and warehouse teams on stock availability, MOQs and lead times.Coordinate Jebel Ali/free-zone warehousing and re-export operations where required.Documentation & Compliance:Ensure accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin and LC-compliant document sets.Coordinate customs clearance and understand applicable duty structures and country-specific requirements.Ensure compliance with UAE trade regulations and relevant Indian export procedures, including DGFT, IEC and applicable RoDTEP/drawback schemes.Monitor country-specific certification, labelling and homologation requirements.Ensure appropriate buyer and market screening, including sanctions compliance.Reporting & Business Management:Provide monthly reporting on sales, margins, receivables, pipeline and market activity.Maintain accurate records of distributors, buyers, enquiries and opportunities through CRM.Establish clear SOPs and processes for the Dubai export operation.What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months:A fully operational Dubai export vertical with documented SOPs.A defined portfolio of priority markets and active distributors/importers.Strong international customer and distributor pipeline.Achievement of agreed revenue and margin targets.Controlled receivables and disciplined working-capital management.Successful establishment of the Ninki brand in at least one priority export market.Requirements:Must Have:5–8 years of experience in export sales/business development, preferably in automotive spare parts, aftermarket products or lubricants.Proven track record of opening new international markets and appointing distributors.Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LC operations, export documentation, freight and international trade processes.Experience managing B2B international customers and commercial negotiations.Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to the UAE.Willingness to travel internationally.Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems and CRM processes.Preferred:Existing network of buyers, distributors or importers across Africa, GCC or CIS markets.Experience in two-wheeler or three-wheeler aftermarket spare parts.Knowledge of automotive aftermarket part numbers and product categories.Previous
