قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجUrgent requirement for the position of Export Manager Location: Surat – Rajhansh Montesa Role Overview: The Export Sales Manager is responsible for expanding global market footprint across key overseas regions (Europe, North America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.) for recycled plastic raw materials, specifically food-grade and non-food-grade rPET resin (chips) and premium hot-washed PET flakes. This role spearheads end-to-end commodity trade execution—from international business development, distributor/converter onboarding, and price indexing to strict regulatory compliance, foreign trade documentation, and ocean freight logistics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Global Business Development & Client AcquisitionMarket Penetration: Identify, pitch, and onboard global preform manufacturers, bottle blow-molders, sheet extruders, compounders, and recycling distributors.Commodity Volume Sales: Achieve monthly and annual export lifting quotas for rPET chips (bottle-grade/film-grade) and hot-washed flakes.Market Intelligence: Track global recycled vs. virgin resin spreads, ICIS/Platts pricing benchmarks, ocean freight trends, and regional import duties to maximize net realization. Export Operations, Documentation & Customs Trade Documentation: Oversee error-free execution of Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), and Inspection/ Analysis Certificates (COA).Customs & Regulatory Clearances: Ensure strict compliance with Indian Customs export procedures, ICEGATE filing, Shipping Bills, and EPCG/Advance Authorization / RoDTEP incentive benefits.Freight & Forwarder Liaison: Partner with shipping lines and CHA/freight forwarders to secure competitive 20ft/40ft container freight rates, manage demurrage/detention risks, and track sailings. Commercial Structuring & Export TerminologyIncoterms Mastery: Formulate watertight commercial quotations, proforma invoices, and export sales contracts based on FOB, CIF, CFR, and DAP terms.Payment & Risk Terms: Negotiate and manage secure international payment instruments, primarily Letters of Credit (LC at sight / Usance LC), Bank Guarantees, CAD, and Advance Wire Transfers (TT).Hedging & Currency Risk: Coordinate with finance and treasury on foreign currency movements (USD/ EUR) and export credit insurance (ECGC coverage). Technical Alignment & Regulatory ComplianceTechnical Parameters: Interface with international client technical and QA teams regarding polymer specifications—Intrinsic Viscosity (IV), Acetaldehyde (AA), moisture ppm, yellowness index (b*), and L* color values.Overseas Certifications: Ensure exported shipments fulfill global compliance norms (GRS - Global Recycled Standard, REACH, RoHS, FDA / EFSA food-contact approvals). Required key SkillsPrior Experience : 5 to 10+ years of proven track record in B2B export sales and international trade ofcommodities (Petrochemicals, Polymers, Virgin/Recycled Plastics, rPET Granules, Flakes, or Masterbatches).Trade Knowledge : Complete command over international commercial terms (Incoterms 2020: FOB, CFR,CIF), Letter of Credit (LC) mechanics, UCP 600 guidelines, Export incentives (RoDTEP, DBK), and Shipping Bill documentation.Industry Accumen : Deep familiarity with plastics recycling, polyester extrusion, PET bottle preforms/sheetpackaging converters, and technical polymer testing parameters.Commercial Accument : Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-volume containerized spot and long-term supplycontracts with international polymer traders, distributors, and large converters.
