With a curated selection and convenient online purchasing, Barraid aims to be a trusted destination for bar accessories across India.Role Description The Export Manager role at Barraid is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and growing international sales of bar accessories. This role includes overseeing export operations, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements. The Export Manager will develop and execute export strategies, identify new markets, build relationships with overseas distributors and clients, and negotiate pricing and terms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring orders and shipments, analyzing market trends, preparing business reports, and collaborating with internal teams on product availability, marketing initiatives, and customer service for international accounts.Qualifications Export management skills, including handling export documentation, customs requirements, and logistics coordination.Business planning and sales skills to develop growth strategies, set targets, and manage pipelines.International business and international trade knowledge to navigate global markets, regulations, and trade practices.Proven experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or related industries.Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret market data and secure favorable terms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with export compliance, INCOTERMS, and basic finance related to international transactions.Comfort with digital tools and platforms for e-commerce, CRM, and data reporting.
